Attend a 20 minute Information Session any Tuesday at 5:30pm or any Thursday at 5:30pm. Please arrive on time.
Can I just show up on a Thursday to start without pre-registering at an Information Session?
No, you must attend a Tuesday or Thursday Information Session first.
What are the requirements to get a real estate license?
You must be at least 18 years old, be a legal US resident, Applicants must be honest and truthful. Conviction of a crime may result in the denial of a license. Failure to disclose any criminal violations or disciplinary action in an applicant’s entire history may also result in the denial of a license. For further information see Help Avoid Denial of your License Application and Application Eligibility Information (RE 222), Dept of Justice/FBI live scan and fingerprinting (fingerprinting may be done prior to your exam. How and when can I re-schedule my exam date?
The fastest and easiest method is using the BRE’s online licensing system. You may reschedule an exam date at any time.
How long does it take to get my exam results?
You will obtain your results immediately
What if I fail the state exam?
There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. The BRE charges $60 per exam sitting.
